Noi Bai Airport Taxi: Fixed Prices and How to Book in English

A Noi Bai airport taxi with Taxinoibai.net is a private car at a fixed price, and you see that price before you book. A 4-seat car from central Hanoi to the airport starts at 170,000 VND. The price includes the airport parking fee, so the driver won’t ask for extra at the terminal. This page is for visitors and overseas Vietnamese who don’t read Vietnamese well. It explains our prices, how to use our booking form, and what happens if your flight is late.

Noi Bai airport taxi prices: fixed and all-inclusive

Noi Bai International Airport is about 30 km from the centre of Hanoi. Most trips go over Nhat Tan Bridge and then along Vo Nguyen Giap road. Our Noi Bai airport taxi doesn’t run on a meter. Instead, you get one fixed price for the whole trip, based on your address, pick-up time and car type.

Every figure says “from” for a reason. It is the lowest price on that route. If your hotel is further from the main road to the airport, the price goes up a little. You can see the full list, including trips to other provinces, on our price list (in Vietnamese).

What the fixed price covers

The fixed price of a Noi Bai airport taxi includes the parking fee for entering and leaving the airport car park. Traffic jams don’t change it either. If the car crawls through rush hour, that is our problem, not yours.

However, other road tolls are not included, if your route has any. Our price pop-up says this clearly. For a normal trip between the city and Noi Bai, just ask the operator when you book if you want to be sure.

One more cost to know about is waiting time. The driver waits up to 15 minutes at your pick-up point. After that, we may cancel the trip or charge for the extra wait. So be downstairs on time, or tell us early if you’re running late.

A real quote from Hoan Kiem Lake

On 22 September 2026, we entered Hoan Kiem Lake (the Old Quarter area) as the pick-up point in our online price tool. Here is what it showed for a 10:00 pick-up (the airport-to-city fare was checked for 15:00):

• 4 seats, to the airport: 210,000 VND. Airport back to Hoan Kiem Lake: 220,000 VND. Round trip on the same day: 350,000 VND.
• 7 seats, to the airport: 260,000 VND.
• 16 seats, to the airport: 370,000 VND. Round trip on the same day: 660,000 VND.

That is 40,000 VND above the “from” price for a 4-seat car, simply because the Old Quarter is a longer drive. Your own address will give a different number. Whatever address you enter, your Noi Bai airport taxi quote appears on screen first, and that is the amount you pay, apart from any other road tolls on your route.

How to book a Noi Bai airport taxi on our website

Our booking form on the Taxinoibai.net home page is in Vietnamese. It only takes a minute once you know what each box means. First, pick the “Sân bay” tab (airport). Then fill in the fields below.

The form, field by field

• Điểm đi = pick-up point. Type your hotel name or street address.
• Điểm đến = destination. On the airport tab, this fills in Noi Bai for you.
• Thời gian đón = pick-up time. This is when the car should be at your door, not your flight time.
• Loại xe = car type. “Xe 4 chỗ” means a 4-seat car, “Xe 7 chỗ” a 7-seat car, and so on.
• Hai chiều = round trip on the same day. Hoá đơn = VAT invoice.
• Điểm dừng = extra stops (up to 5). Thời gian chờ = hours for the driver to wait. Mã giảm giá = discount code. Leave it empty if you don’t have one.
• Kiểm tra giá = check price. Press it and the fixed price appears.
• Điện thoại = phone number, and Họ và tên = full name.
• Xác nhận đặt chuyến = confirm booking.

After you confirm, our operator calls you back within a few minutes. Then we send an SMS or email to confirm your trip. Enter a number we can actually reach. If you don’t have a Vietnamese SIM yet, booking by WhatsApp is usually easier (see below).

Book at least 45 minutes ahead

The price pop-up says the quoted price is guaranteed when you book 45 minutes before pick-up. Closer to the time, we may not have a car nearby. For an early morning flight, book the evening before. The same goes for trips in the morning and afternoon rush hours, when the inner city is often jammed.

Prefer to call or message? English is fine

Our switchboard at (024) 35.666.000 has English-speaking operators. From a foreign phone, dial +84 24 3566 6000. Tell them your pick-up address, time, number of people and how much luggage you have. They will quote your Noi Bai airport taxi on the phone.

Not sure which car to choose? Count your bags as well as your people. Two people with four large suitcases will not fit well in a 4-seat car. Our operators usually suggest a 7-seat car once you have three big suitcases. Groups of eight or nine often do better with one 16-seat van than two smaller cars. Getting picked up by your Noi Bai airport taxi

Give us your flight number

This matters more than anything else on this page. When you book a pick-up, send us your flight number, landing time and exit hall. With that information, the driver waits for you or we have a car ready, even if your flight is delayed. Without it, the driver only knows the booked time, and the 15-minute waiting rule applies.

There is no flight number box on the web form. So add it when the operator calls you back, or send it by WhatsApp after booking.

Name sign on request

Arriving for the first time, or booking for a guest? Ask for a name sign. The driver will hold a sign with your name, so you don’t have to search the car park. We offer this on request, so mention it when you book. Our airport transfer page (in Vietnamese) has more details.

Changes, delays and cancellations

Flights change, and plans change with them. You can cancel your Noi Bai airport taxi or change the pick-up time for free. Just call (024) 35.666.000 as early as you can, so we have time to move the car.

We also have a rule for our own delays. If your driver is more than 15 minutes late for an airport trip, you may take another taxi. We then pay you the difference in fare. For long-distance trips, the limit is 30 minutes. The full rules are on our passenger policy page (in Vietnamese).

Finally, a small house rule: no smoking in the car, and please avoid messy food.

Paying for your Noi Bai airport taxi

Most visitors pay the driver in cash, in Vietnamese dong, at the end of the trip. Keep some small notes ready. You can also pay by bank transfer to our company account, or at our office. Companies with a contract can pay later.

No. The fixed price includes the airport parking fee. Other road tolls, if your route has any, are not included.

What happens if my flight is late?

If you gave us your flight number, landing time and exit hall, the driver waits or we arrange a car for your new landing time. Without that information, the 15-minute waiting rule applies.

Can I book a Noi Bai airport taxi for someone else?

Yes. Book with your details, then give us the guest’s name, phone number and flight number. Ask for a name sign so the driver is easy to find.

Do you have bigger vehicles for groups?
